Fantastic organisation providing a very personal touch to holiday planning, booking and support.  Sharon and her team ensured our clubs cricket tour to St kitts was again hassle free. Travel went to plan and airport support was provided as requested. We were allocated our usual room and enjoyed our stay immensely. Sharon planned a working visit as well and was able to meet with us which was an added bonus! Highly recommended.

I have used the expertise of worldwide travel solutions for many years. Sharon arranged a very good deal for me in a very good hotel with 1st class rail travel an oyster card and bed/breakfast when I went to Michele Roux's cookery school. More recently I travelled to Austria, sharon advised the use of a fast-track pass to make sure I caught my flight. Sharon and her team have a wide knowledge of the travel industry and I would highly recommend their expertise and advice.

I called them thinking that they were Malaysian Airlines, I asked them and they said that they were a direct server of them. I had a ticket in mind that I wanted to purchase and the guy gave me a much higher quote than the Malaysian Airlines Web site and I told him that the quote was for luggage of 35kg. I was told that Malaysian Airlines never have a luggage allowance of 35kg. He was getting pretty irritated at this point. I told him that I had a screenshot of the quote. He said to send it through. After sending it through I checked and realised that I hadn't been speaking to Malaysian Airlines. He kept calling me, I didn't answer, called about 6 times even went on to Whatsap, left a message saying that he could get me a cheaper quote. I always deal directly with the  Airlines to book my ticket. This man was rude and dishonest. I now have my ticket booked with Malaysian Airlines for the price and conditions that I intended.

Sharon is the best. Knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful and friendly. She found us better deals for flights than we could get online. Sharon's crew are also delightful, providing top suggestions for bookings all over the world. Why go anywhere else????
