My partner booked Stray View through Harrogate Holidays as a surprise for my 40th birthday, however given the weather and the 'beast from the east' he called and tried to change the dates..only to find an incredibly rude and unhelpful member of staff who refused to even entertain it. Given that the advice was not to travel and that public transport services were cancelled with it set to get worse we were disgusted with the extremely poor customer service putting profit above people's safety. We weren't even asking for our money back, all we wanted to do was change the dates of our stay. Faced with losing a significant amount of money we had no option but to try and get there. After an arduous journey we eventually managed and the apartment itself was lovely. The owners rang up to see if we got there ok and even they were shocked that the company hadn't let us change the dates, they offered to let us stay on free of charge for a few days if we got stuck which was very nice of them. We did manage to get home eventually but the dealings with this company soured a special occasion and would never book through them again! Beautiful apartment, would highly recommended but would advise to book through another company as we found them extremely poor and unhelpful.

I have always found the team at Harrogate Holidays so helpful and considerate. Their sound advice has been well appreciated and I would always recommend their agency to visitors to the area. They are local, based in the town and always maintain the very highest levels of service

We have always booked through Harrogate Holidays as we have found their properties are superior to others offered. We visit on business twice a year and have never been disappointed. Last time we found our forever destination - the garden apartment on Spring Grove - book it, it's superb! Simon K

Have used this site for two years now for various bookings in Harrogate and surrounding areas including the delightful self contained cottage "The Washburn". Friendly staff assisted me with any booking inquiries, the site was easy to navigate around. Enjoyed my visits and will definitely be returning for more in the coming months. Five Stars all the way and many thanks to Harrogate Holidays and their staff.

I have had the pleasure of using Harrogate Holidays on numerous occasions for both personal and business use and they have always provided an outstanding level of service. All the properties we have used have been really well presented, clean and of a very high quality. If you are looking to book temporary accommodation in the Harrogate area i would highly recommend them!
