Having never used a travel agent before, I wasn't sure what to expect but Melanie went above and beyond for us in booking our holiday to Italy. Everything was taken care of from check in to airport transports, and it was such a breath of fresh air. We will not hesitate to use Mel again next time we plan a trip - they are professional, friendly, and really get to know you and what you are looking for out of a holiday. She hit the nail on the head with the location, vibe of the hotel, everything. Thank you so much!
Melanie and Phil were extremely helpful in advising and organising my first solo trip abroad to Vietnam. They sorted out every aspect of the trip, which was extremely useful so when I was out there I felt safe and was able to have a fabulous time. I would not hesitate to use them again for any trip in the future.

Melanie was absolute fantastic in helping me plan a 6 month trip. She helped me out when stresses often Covid related arose and was quick to communicate any changes in schedule. I would not hesitate to use Travelgate again for future trips.

l've ways had great service from these guys . One holiday they saved us £200 per person from the price on the internet. You just tell them what you want and they will put it together. They can even sort out things to do while you are there. Speak to Wonder woman or superman. Mel or phil
