Never booked a holiday at a travel agency before in fact only been abroad once before so I'm a complete novice when traveling. The lady at Hays Travel was fantastic, she did everything and more to be helpful. I can't recommend Hays and their staff enough. Fabulous.

If I could give a zero I would , I told the lady what kind of vacation i was looking for she told me she would get back to me the following day and I'm still.waiting a month later An email or message to say she can't fund anything would have been nice.

I have tried  twice to book a holiday with them. The last time was two weeks ago, the lady who answerd the phone took the details of what we were looking for but said she finished at 4 oclock and she would get somone to look an ring us back. This was the last we heard from them. And i booked a holiday direct .poor customer service

Best travel advise I've received. I would like to say a big thank you to Keith at the Knaresborough branch, nothing was to much trouble for him.

The best travel agency I have ever used. Go above and beyond. Were extremely helpful when I was stuck in Australia in April.Gave me information I needed ,kept me informed. Even emailed me when I got home to make sure I was safe.

It's fair to say the service from hays travel Knaresborough has been shocking from start to finish, I wouldn't even book a day trip to Blackpool with them

Excellent service as usual even though they are short on staff.

Vikki went the extra mile; finding us a fabulous holiday at a great price.
