Chloe was amazing, really helpful. Booked with the travel house a few times, and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Very competitive prices, with knowledge and the security of someone at the end of the phone if needed.

Went in for  price to go to bulgaria for a week. She needed to check something and get back to me so she rang me back with a quote. I needed to check other prices too so I said I'd get back to her. When I called back to book it in was told I'd need to go and pay for the holiday in full, which was fine, however she rang me back a few minutes later and told me she gave me the wrong price and it was nearly  £400 more expensive! No thank you!

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've booked my last 5 holidays here, the latest one being my honeymoon. The staff always have plenty of time for any bookings, quotes  and questions. I won't book a holiday anywhere else.

Always work hard to find me what I need,nothing is too much trouble for the ladies,happy to spend time seeking out the best options for my needs,going there adds to the traveling experience,thanks for helping make things happen ladies
