Very quiet day but Christine, one of the sales ladies was attentive without being pushy. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I am awaiting delivery of a Washer dryer and a counter freezer, at the moment, a very satisfied customer.
Excellent service today when returning faulty microwave. Exchange sorted very quickly. Help was available to carry to and from car. Staff were very friendly. One star taken off for the customer service line initially phoned. Unable to have a conversation with the agent easily so went to the shop.
arrived at store to buy two small items,found my items the proceeded to the checkout with nobody to be seen to pay.waited ten minutes and another lady with a purchase also lined up behind me still no staff.another ten minutes an employee turns up carrying a laptop. i jokingly said everything free today? after a scowl he said "ill get someone now' the proceeded to talk to the customer who belonged to the laptop.after another five minutes of being ignored i left and went next door to Tescos for some reliable service.
Wonderful service! Ordered a new dishwasher online on Thursday, was told it would be delivered the next day. Sure enough it was delivered and fitted in less than half an hour on Friday. I did not have to do any hand washing up as the new dishwasher was good to go so quickly. Thank you to the two men who delivered and fitted it.
Ordered a new washing machine for my 85-year-old mother. Paid for installation and removal of the old machine as she lives on her own and I am 200 miles away. The machine was delivered at 15:55 yesterday and then just left in the middle of the kitchen. She was told no one is coming as they are off sick. No advance warning just left. Spoke to the help line and they couldn't do anything late on a Sunday. Spoke to the helpline today and they couldn't help other than offer to install it in over a weeks' time! This is not good enough and shows a shocking disregard for vulnerable people.
We were served today by a nice guy called Chris just want everyone to know he was very friendly and extremely helpful. Keep up the good work Currys Bridgend.

Ill trained staff, management are happy to ignore you and your complaint. Customer service is nonexistent where they refuse to fix my broken laptop. Disgusting behaviour from manager Liam who told me to "sue the company if you don't like my answer". Absolute disgrace.
Sadly just went to buy some headphones and after the sales person took them to the till I was informed they were not allowed to sell them!!! Ordered them of Amazon instead. I wonder how long this company will exist.
