I recently made the decision to buy a high end pc for gaming and working. I had previously only used laptops for both and would consider myself inexperienced in pc builds. Mark doesn't just build what he wants to build, he talks to you about each component, helps you understand the impact of different choices and provides options for you to consider across a broad range of budgets. Once we had agreed the spec that was right for me the build was quick and I was kept up to date with regards to availability of each component. Onto the delivery. For people who like new things the day of delivery is usually spent waiting by the door or looking out of the window. Unfortunately I was at work and so asked for delivery at 6 pm. Bare in mind that this was from Wales to London. At 5.45 I received a call from the courier (uh oh....). He had simply called to say he was a little early and if i was at home he could bring it now. I have been so impressed with the service of BJ Computers that I have written my first ever review here. The system worked straight out of the box. It is the fastest pc I have ever seen and both my gaming and working life has improved dramatically since having this new system. So, in short, I will never buy a pc anywhere else and if you like quality and service, you should give it a go too.

EXCELLENT and RECOMMENDED ..... please read on.. Having never used a computer repair shop before and knowing little about computers apart from routine owner maintenance and reformatting the disc drive it was with some trepidation that I was to enter the world of paying someone to make a repair for me but I have to say that I shouldn't have worried I would like to offer a big big THANK YOU to Barrie and his team for fixing both my Laptop and Desktop computers when I thought they were both dead which is a blessing as they are the ones my Grandchildren use when they stop over. I found them to provide an excellent service at a very fair price. Their down to earth and homely welcome is most reassuring and instils a confidence which is reflected in the end result. Should I ever need a repair service I will return and certainly recommend to friends !
