I tried to get an appointment for a routine blood pressure check. Closest appointment I could get........20th February. Hardly major surgery is it? A 5 minute process. I then tried to get a Doctor or Nurse to check out a small skin blemish on my arm. Put it this way. It would be easier to get an audience with the Pope or Donald Trump. The big problem with this surgery is that the appointments system is obviously set up for the convenience of the surgery and not the patients they are meant to serve. If you are working you have no chance to make an appointment that you can fit in with your own schedule? Why can't you make an appointment for a couple of weeks away?

Have no complaints! Staff very friendly and always get an emergency appointment for myself or for my daughter when needed.

Regular monthly visit to get prescription for child with life threatening illness, yet again ended in fiasco. Child has been diagnosed over three years and not once have these incompetent buffoons managed to get the prescription correct, the excuses are stunning, to the point where the receptionists will lie to your face about it. Last time i was here the receptionists were standing at the desk actually slagging off the person who does the prescriptions for being so useless.

Hi. My prescription has been lost 3 time now,go to collect it from reception, apparently the angles have had it instead of me,this service is terrible, time to find a new medical practice Regards

My previous surgery was St. Luke's primary care (awful one) have changed to Woodview 3 months ago. Although the online review more bad than good, I figured out because, no one who had a great experience is posting anything. So I have decide to share my experience. I found here the best Doctor (within 8years I lost my faith that I will find a really professional and competent one). His name is Dr Eng Ong. And although Dr Jiganda Liao is young he has a great potential too. I want to say a big thank you to Nurse Practitioners Gail Rainbow for referring me to Dr Ong. She saw me twice and both times she was very professional and competent. From now on if Dr Ong moves from that surgery, I am moving too:).
