Yes polite staff and good doctors but .....Nearly impossible to get a doctors appointment, even if you call in at 8am as advised the lines always engaged.

Phone is always engaged or the surgery is closed message comes on when they're meant to be open. Can take an excess of 50 attempts to get through sometimes. Drives me mad.
