Absolutely appalling customer service, cheap hybrid women bike needed new front brake cable and I've been charged 25 pounds for it. Didn't gave me the quote for this job. Before picking up bike I was dealing with younger guy, everything looked OK, when came to pick up bike there was older guy who was extremely rude, he lost his temper when I just wanted to find out what has been done on the bike, wouldn't let me to speak with the younger guy who I left the bike with, when asked to give his phone number, he refused, also said that "he's sick and tired of people like me". Never gave me receipt either. AVOID

The family that run this business are exceptional.  I have bought all 3 of my kids bikes from them and I continue to be impressed with their honesty and willingness to assist.  Great to see!!
