Had a great experience today. I had to get my existing dashcam hardwired into my new car. It was being fitted by Harry, who told me to come back in an hour. In half the time the camera had been fitted and was all done. I didn't get charged for the hardwiring kit even though I hadn't bought a new camera, which they could have fairly charged for. Was an extremely neat job, I highly recommend.

I visited the store on 2 occasions and went to pick up a new bike for me and my wife in the evening on Monday 5th March. On both visits we was very impressed and happy with the service we received and they even helped show me how to attached my bike rack to my car in the rain. I didn't catch your name but thank you. Its refreshing to go someone and be happy with the service.

Just visited again to but a new handsfree kit. The lady who served us was, as always seems to be the case, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. To me, Halfords is one of those 'stand out' stores for customer service: not always getting it completely right, but always 'caring' for the job and giving it their best shot.

I'm a disabled lady and the assistant could not have been more helpful fitting all my bulbs. . A big pat on the back and thankyou.
