I bought a bike from here in 2018 and they were great then, my bike was stolen a couple of weeks ago and I went back to get a replacement. The service I had was amazing, super friendly, recommended a bike for me and helped me order the spec I wanted. A week later there it was all built and ready to ride. Thanks very much, it's great to deal with real specialists.

Having fitted a stem raiser to my bike i had some problems with the headset. i went into the store and explained my problem to a very helpful and pleasant lady who immediately got a member of staff to take a look at it for me. Within five minutes my problem was solved. Whenever i go in to the store nothing seem too much trouble and really feel you get customer service at its best which is very hard to come by these days. Thank you so much !!!

I had an issue with my gears slipping on my Giant Dirt e Bike Terry and the technicians soon fixed the issue. Great Service, very friendly and really knew what they were doing. Thoroughly recommend this cycle shop.

Just had my bike serviced, looks brand new, rides perfectly, amazing job replaced everything I asked for and resolved some other niggles that I was worried about.  Friendly helpful service, strongly recommended.

Popped into store on Tuesday as I had a slight problem with my gears- as always superb service from everyone- plus a coffee and a biscuit! Everyone at Terry Wrights is helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would 100% recommend this shop for bike purchase,bike repairs and all your cycling needs

Some years ago we had a friend stop by and purchase a few items. Everything was perfect for my kit. I have a relative who has been to the UK a few times since and on her next trip I may bother her to stop on her trip from London to York.

One of the best bike buying experiences Debbie was fantastic from helping choose my bike and all the clothing I would need to advice on maintenance and cleaning with the aid of proper personal bike set up I couldn't be more thankful plus a proper cup of coffee thanks again Debbie absolute legend

Great service.took my grandson's bike in for a gear replacement. All done and ready in 2 hours.

Always had a high opinion of Terry Wright's Cycles until today.  The young blonde girl that works behind the reception was very rude and condescending when I needed help with a flat tyre. Please monitor her attitude from now on...
