Rude staff. Was followed , heard over radio being acussed of shop lifting. Ignored at the till. Not helpful. Considering how many staff are stood with their finger up their arse!!! I probably have more money than the sorry women I was served by and after spending £150 bloody joke!!!

Female manager is rude, arogant and obnoxious woman i have ever had the misfortune to meet. Went for a refund no apology was made as to why they dont give refunds spoken to in a very rude manner. Wont go back shopping there in a hurry!

Unprofessional staff, rude guy false allegation. It was a very simple case. I bought a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago. NEVER used em because I wasnt sure if I was gonna keep them. So when I went there few days ago I requested If I could Return them and buy them back again. Asian lady looked at bottom of right foot and said they look dusty and acted confused if this pair had been used? just over a tiny dust? which this shoe would have had got when I tried it On in store before I had purchased them, then she calls another guy claiming its him who would approve if this pair has been used or not. So a guy turns up & said to me that these shoes have been used outside and for that reason I couldnt Return them and buy them Back. I denied his allegation but he refused to take my word. Such stupid staff, Left shoe is shining like new so is the right side anyway other than only a tiny dust at bottoms which is possible to get if you try only one side for fitting no? This guy had european english accent and was really rude and said that I am not telling the truth. Never gonna go back to this store again. bunch of ignorants at this branch. DISAPPOINTED !!!

Rude manageress who needs to be trained in how to deal with customers by speaking politely and looking at the customer when dealing with their issue.
