Brilliant doctors. Despite taking an age to get an appointment on some days. You always manage to get in and be sorted. Do think they should put something in place where only proven workers can have the workers appointments however. Several people I know try for the doctors worker appointments but can't get in told to come after they've started work to find the appointments before are taken by the elderly. Some of which will have all day to come. The place it's self is always well presented... clean and welcoming. The midwife is brilliant to treated us extremely well whilst pregnant with my little boy. But when you do find out and need to book a midwife appointment... for goodness sake don't tell one of the receptionists.... I had to tell her when she couldn't understand the doctors note... instead of being quiet she blurted it out in front of the entire reception including my mum!

Was with this practice 18 years and ended up leaving this year after a locum doctor treat me like i didnt matter, refused to test me for a water infection and i ended up in primary care 2 days later. My partner also struggled to get an appointment despite being in distress with his asthma for many days (no prebook offered or same day appts left)  again, we endee up in primary care. Yes this practice has many good points (Dr. Das being the main reason i stayed so long, excellent, excellent gp) but for the last 2 years ive never been able to see a gp of my choice, also can not get an appointment for when i can attend, round work etc. I assume this is down to people moving to the best practice in this area but  i think the extra patient load has been damaging and the care just isnt the same anymore.

Poor booking of appointments. You are rarely able to get one. It also requires 50+ calls to get through.

True it took about 10 calls but my husband was seen an hour later. He needed blood test  was seen by nurse same morning all very professional he was nearly hospital case. Cannot fault this practice all staff very caring.
