Getting an appointment by phone is a nightmare. Took me over a hundred redials.
Booking an appointment online is better but my last appointment had already been taken when i arrived...fastest finger first it seems.
It would be very helpful when booking online if we got a confirmation screen so we know our booking has been accepted. Other than that the doctors the best.

I've lived in Sutton for nearly 7 years now, never had a problem with anyone here, all extremely friendly, wonderful doctors and nurses and had some amazing midwives look after me with both pregnancies ❤, yes the appointment time can be a bit of a wait, but I've always managed to get a same day appointment when I phone at 8.30, for myself or my two children! So it deserves 5 stars :)

Went to doctors today for a second opinion because i got told my liver isnt breaking down sugar properly but as a diabetic surely its my pancreas so i saw the same doctor as i did the last im sure ive have been misdiagnosed  .

Rung to make apponitment on 15th march told me there wasnt ome til 23rd of april asked to see the nurse was told to be there at 8.35 am when i arrived they told me to come back at 10.45 . I asked why they told me they was busy i asked why they told me to be there at 8.35 to see nurse they just got defensive and rude going to try hospital next if its serious problem i have im going to sue the surgery for neglect  not that often im ill nhs dont care . I think bupa is the way to go

Useless, they claim to open at 830, you ring thru to get engaged tone till at least 9am, then to be told there's no appointment left. My son been waiting 4 days and still not got an appointment. I will say the doctors once you can get in are fab.
