Just switched surgerys as we moved out of the catchment of our old gp. My little is, 7 months old and been sick for 7 days with a bad cold, saw gp with the worst bedside manner ever on Monday, he didn't even talk to my daughter just got angry I was not undressing her fast enough to examine. He said bring her back in my Wednesday (today) if no change. I have been calling since 8.30am no appointments for her and no emergency appointments for her. He refused to see us. What a place. We now have to go to Kings Mill. Deccusting treatment.

Absolutely dreadful drs receptionist left me feeling more suicidal than I did going in drs won't see you and today I took my girlfriend to the hospital as this place was going to leave her with no help for her pain threatening her own life will be making a report to pals

Yet again can not get in to see a doctor this is the 3rd time i have phoned twice last week so had my daughter take me to Kings Mill Hospital because i could not get my breath had to wait 45 minutes to see a doctor which was ok the doctor was lovely and understands why i went to the hospital well had a very bad chest infection was going dizzy when i coughed got some tablets from hospital but today my breathing is no better i will give it another go tomorrow but if no appointments i will go to the hospital again. This is stupid only one doctor on again this surgery as been going down hill for the last 5 years

Almost impossible to get an appointment. Not to mention that you can only register for half an hour in the morning.
