I have changed my mind about this clinic of late. While the disorganisation at times can be frustrating, the care is generally quite good. I'm sorry to say it though guys but i'm dropping the review after a recent phone call from 5 stars to 3. I don't know who it is but i have encountered someone on the phone a few times now (same person) and they are always unnecessarily difficult. Why?! What is the point really? Starting a conversation with a negative tone of voice is fine if you are taking a personal call but not here. This is a public clinic and taxes are paid to access the facilities. You don't know what kind of a day people have had and if they are calling you for an appointment, it's probably not the best one. THINK ABOUT IT. Woodlands could be a superb practice!! Its totally fixable.

The customer service at this surgery is absolutely APPALLING!! I have encountered Rude, uninterested, unhelpful and sarcastic reception staff on three occasions now. I would seriously recommend some training for particular members of the reception team. I’m furious that once again i have been spoken to so rudely by a member of staff. Such a shame, as the surgery is lovely and the care received has been great.

Blimey, people need to relax. Don't be put off by the bad reviews if you have a realistic idea of what to expect from a busy London practice. The doctors here are of a fantastic calibre and are extremely helpful and the administrative staff do the best they possibly can. Be patient and don't expect bupa service, we have to pay extra for that ;)

This place is an absolute waste of NhS primary healthcare money. The secretaries are appalling. Bad mannered and disorganised. It took 11 minutes for me to call and tell them I had a missed call from the nurse for them to tell me she'll call me back. Absolute bad practice everything from admins

If I could rate this surgery less than 1 star, I would. I have called 4 times today and on the 1st ocassion the call connected and then disconnected. 2nd time, I mentioned I needed an appointment, the receptionist made me explain why, then said there were no appointments. I then thought I'd log on to book an appointment in the future, "no appointments available". I then called back the surgery to ask if i could book with a nurse. When I said the word appointment, she hung up. I called a 4th time just for luck and again the call was disconnected as soon as it was connected. I have no idea what I am supposed to do now. I cannot understand how this surgery has lasted so long umder the current management... very strange.
