Easy to book and very friendly staff. The GP who saw me was very professional and explained everything in plain English. I highly recommend their service!

Possibly the best experience I've ever had going to a doctor. Easy online booking, you show up for your 15 minute (or longer if you choose) appointment, get seen by a doctor right on schedule, and are done before you know it. The location is great too, you don't get more central than Kings Cross.

I have just arrived from Los Angeles for a year of work in London, and came down with a terrible cold and ear infection. I couldn't get in to the place downstairs and was desperate. A friend recommended London Doctors and I was able to book online an appointment for the next morning. Walked over, was met by the staff and doctor, who diagnosed all the above plus a torn ear drum. Was sold antibiotics in the office (so you don't have to go to a pharmacy) and was back in bed in less than an hour. This was superlative, affordable and most of all, calmed my panic about how and who to see. Terrific, won't forget it.

Good experience with a doctor who listened to me and gave me good advice. It was a proper GP appointment when I needed it rather than wait 3 weeks for the appointment offered at my NHS GP.
