DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DOCTORS SURGERY. YOU WILL NOT GET SEEN!! Im not sure what the issue is here, but I have been with this surgery for the past 8 months and I am now looking for somewhere else. Not only can you not get an appointment but the staff are extremely rude. They have a ridiculous policy in place that states that you must call after 2.30pm for any same day appointments yet when you call they NEVER have any appointments, even when you explain that you have a serious medical condition. The last time I tried to book I was the first person in the queue at 2.30pm, I waited over 45 mins for them to answer and then I was still told they do not have any appointments. Honestly this place is not worth your time. If you are looking for a decent doctors surgery go to Eltham Palace Surgery, they are helpful, you will get seen and most importantly THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!! EDIT: Just to make anybody that is reading this aware. This surgery has now been referred to the NHS commissioner for an internal investigation into booking practices.
