Dreadful experience using this surgery. The main reason being the unbelievably rude receptionist. Very unhelpful and plain rude at times. Hard to arrange an appointment, especially given bookings are only taken for up to 2 weeks. Frequent appointment delays. Recently I moved overseas and asked for a copy of my records but apparently they "didn't have them". Only after stressing how important it was for me to have a copy of these, did they contact the records recovery central office (a year later than they should have done). I ended up not getting a copy of these and the best they provided was a list of notes from the appointments at that surgery (1 year of medical history from a total 26). I can only imagine how potentially life threatening a problem this would be for someone with a serious medical condition.

Always had a good experience of the doctors here. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have sent me for tests when required. Reception staff always been friendly. My housemate always uses them and is equally pleased.

Absolutely disgusting receptionist rude and unprofessional. Very poor service. I can only image what the patients have to go through!!! Did not want to give it one star but it would not post the review with out it.

Proper "Bob the Builders" training centre here. Both GP's have been here for nearly 30 odd years however they still seem to hire incompetent, rude staff!! I can go on and list everything but what will this achieve? Until the GP's themselves don't make things improve and operate as a professional GP.

Rude staff- kept me on hold for 10 minutes and no manners. Wouldn't trust a place like this to look after my health!
