Woodgate Valley Country Park

Great family escape just for 15 minutes to the farm. Kids will love it.

Sadly the west Boulevard side of the park is not so great for walks anymore since the path was paved. Too many scooters and even dirt bikes and other petrol run vehicles making it very hard to relax...on a good day though it's a nice little walk to the visitors centre and sometimes the horses are out too and it's nice for the kids.

Lovely local walking area for adults and kids. Once covid is over a nice place to have coffee. Cant wait to see on sunny day.

Great place cycling, walking with dogs with nice small stream. Good for picnic too.

Lovely place to walk and take a picnic. Saw a deer amongst the trees. Lots of horses when you walk by. Large grass area to play on. Didn't cover the whole park. Play area was quite small and not much equipment, kids were especially disappointed that there was no swing. Free parking.

Fab area of wilderness and fields with some good paths for easy access. Main car park is currently being used as a Covid testing station though.

Lovely place to walk with well organised paths for those that need them. Main path is hard standing or tarmac so good for buggies, pushchair, wheelchair etc but there are a few slopes here and there so be mindful of the weight you're pushing. Very popular with cycling and running folks as well.

I went for Covid centre, not to the park itself. This review is for the Covid test centre. It is well organized,and plenty of space in the car park.

Nice lil spot for a good long walk. Would advise to bring your wellies if its been raining. You don't want your shoes to get stuck in the mud like me
