To whom it concerns,
I unreservedly recommend Woodburner Warehouse to anyone looking for wood or multi-fuel stoves.
Their service is impeccable and their prices second to none. 
I found their representative, Charlotte McBurnie, a young lady of integrity and unlimited patience.  She was extremely knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful.
Their delivery was on time and myself and my builder well updated as to dates and even time.
Excellent all round.  Many. many thanks.

Excellent product & service. We bought a Stovax Brunel 1A online, which arrived quickly but - sadly - had been damaged in transit. Charlotte (& colleagues) helpfully arranged its replacement speedily & efficiently. This arrived when promised & has now been installed. It's working beautifully & we're delighted with our choice of both product & retailer.
