Only had to go twice for 'emergency' health stuff thankfully, but both times I've been listened to and had appropriate action and referrals sent straight away. Lovely, sympathetic bedside manner too! Also saw the women's clinic for 1st annual check and the nurse there was so lovely and reassuring - made the whole thing easy as pie :)

Worst surgery ever, they only give you appointment if it's between life or death. My son is very ill, and the receptionist decided not to give appointment because he is not urgent, she said he will be fine. Since when a receptionist can decide what is urgent or not. Disgusting place! Avoid

I cannot understand the reviews on this site moved here in May and been at this surgery staff are amazing and polite helpful doctors are very professional and really understanding would not change for the world

They not care their patient. They are not professional and not organised . I can tell lots of things but it’s not will be enough.

It took me over an hour to get hold of someone today. When the line finally answered I was in a queue for 20 minutes. This is a chargeable line. I called up about my six week waiting time for a referral letter, but the receptionist was incredibly rude and quick to dismiss me. I am changing surgeries as this is the regular service standard.
