Fantastic experience. Was dining here alone as I was staying locally for work in a hotel. The restaurant looked nice so I booked a table for one. I ordered arancini for starters which were delicious. For mains I ordered the barbecue chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the chicken is halal. The pizza was excellent. I opted for a dip with the pizza. I didn't have dessert which I now regret. The only thing I would say is that I would have preferred a longer wait between starters and mains. Will be returning.
These folks really know Neapolitan pizza! Grab a table near the kitchen and watch the magic as the pies go in the wood fired oven. And they are not skimpy on on toppings either. Your belly and your wallet will both thank you for eating here.
After having them at the makers markets we were eager to try them in the restaurant as we claimed they were one of if not the best pizzas in Manchester. The restaurant is very casual, quite small so loud if there’s large groups, the service was ok, not much personality from our waitress and she forgot to put through our dessert, the guy who took over from her was much better he had charisma and made you feel a bit more welcome. The food was top notch, they deffo are up there as one of the best most authentic Neapolitan pizzas in Manchester, the dough is perfect and the on the ingredients are fresh and tasty. My only issue was the Speck should have been put on the pizza after or for the last minute in the oven to make it soft and melty not hard and cooked like bacon. We probably won’t be back as it’s just a bit too far from us until there is one closer to Manchester centre, but I highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed by the food!
We hired Rick and the team to do the evening food for our wedding in summer. The whole process from booking, to payment and to the actual day was so easy and straightforward. The pizzas were delicious on the night and all our guests were raving about the pizza that they had. Couldn't recommend them enough. If you are looking for evening food at your event Wood Fire Smoke Mobile are exactly what you need!

Great restaurant. The food is delicious, best pizza I have ever had. The staff are friendly, the fit out of this new restaurant is done to a very high standard & there’s a true authentic Italian feel to this place!
I absolutely love this restaurant. It may be only small but the atmosphere is great. The service is always amazing too. The portions are a good decent size and everything is reasonably priced. Always very accommodating
Yum Yum, lovely flavor, fresh, made to order, nice portions, specials for lunch time, warm indoors and small outdoor but cute, waiters are kind and attentive, price moderate for such a great quality food. I did enjoy it a lot.
A fantastic little pizzeria in Wilmslow serving delicious pizzas with very friendly, rapid & helpful service. We went there last week for my son’s birthday & they made us feel very welcome & made it a special meal for us. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back for more delicious pizza!
Pizza was good. I really didn’t like the fact they added pecorino along with mozzarella base, and this was not mentioned in the menu. Overall dough was really good and tomato as well. We also tried burrata starter. Burrata was excellent itself, served with a little too much rocket though. Service was quite poor. Ordered beer to start with, we asked for Moretti on tap, but not available so we asked for Napoli lager. We were served a different beer, sicilian one. When asked the server I was told ‘I don’t know, I asked for that and this is what I was given’. I didn’t really answered to this, however I would appreciate to know what I get served if different from what I ordered before this actually gets to the table. Also a couple of items not ours added onto the bill, which I had to ask to get off. Not of the best experience for our time there
