When not busy, the outdoors is lovely and relaxing. Nice garden area and outdoor seating area.nnIndoors is dark and the air is heavy/pungent.nnNoticed that the outdoor gravel area also wasn't clean pups.
We come here often with family friends great value great service the staff are just so helpful lovely friendly Mel/Tammy saved the day we turned up without a booking was the busy period no spaces but they were our stars got us a table ! If you don’t ask you don’t get don’t just take no is my motto
We had the wake of my dad here. The venue is lovely, we had a buffet which was great value for money, the staff were lovely and couldn't help enough. Would recommend to all thanks for a nice day.
We came to the Wolverton House stone house restaursant for my little boy’s Pizza Making Party. Upon booking I was told we’d have a gentleman called Michael run the pizza making, but when we arrived it was James that helped us with welcoming guests and setting up the room, etc.nHe seemed a little stretched as we could see him running backwards and forwards to our room with ingredients, back to the bar to serve and back again…so parents had to help with the rolling etc not sure if that’s how it was supposed to happen anyway he was very helpful however and nothing seemed too much trouble and the party was a success and all the kids loved it!nI’d definitely recommend a pizza making party here, but more staff might be helpful!
