Dominos Such bad service last night even tho I appreciate it was New Year’s Day and they would have been busy Order was placed at 21.48 And said half an hour until it would be delivered It is a difficult address however I did write driver instructions in the notes and they have delivered here before. I called back to chase the order at 22.36 22.48 22.59 Half an hour waiting outside in the freezing cold after being told they had already come, however no cars had been seen pulling up we were watching out and the dog had not barked. If we had received our pizzas they would have been freezing cold. They supposedly close at 11 and I received two missed calls at 11.12 And 11.25 two hours after the order was originally placed we had already made other arrangements abd through they were not coming. I will be calling back today ether for a refund or replacement pizza. Order details were: Your order number is 496396044 This order is for Delivery Your store is Stony Stratford
Ordered twice different occasions and didn’t receive full order. The customer service is horrendous Cocky and sarcastic on the phone and just plain rude. Would not recommend Stony Stratford domino’s

Had a really good experience with Domino's Stony Stratford this evening. Collected an order which was prepared and cooked promptly. Manager went above and beyond and it was highly appreciated after another company had let my son down completely. This has changed my opinion of Domino's entirely.
Food took ages to be delivered and was Stonecold not nice Phoned the takeaway they just hung up .
I took my 9 year old daughter to buy a pizza for her dinner this evening. We entered the shop, we stood and waited……. and waited……… and waited……. Eventually someone came to the counter. I asked politely for a small pepperoni pizza to which he replied. “You can’t have one. You can only order online and have it delivered” seems pretty pointless as we are only a few minutes walk away. Imagine going into a pizza shop and being refused to buy pizza! Why would you have the door open for people to come in, to tell them you can’t serve them. We went to Papa John’s instead ‍ One star is too generous considering we didn’t even get a pizza
Service has been rude and unhelpful on both visits now. And on our recent visit our pizza's were overdone Not the service I would expect giving the over inflated prices. Oh and the delivery driver's are consistently parking outside on either the bus stop or the roundabout or the pavement!!!
Absolutely awful, pizza was cold, lots of bubbles in the dough and very little cheese even on the plain cheese pizza, I used to work for dominos years ago and these wouldn't have been allowed out the door! Took ages to arrive after the app told me it was out for delivery and staff rude and unhelpful when I told them it was cold, just told me it wasn't possible as they were all cooked to the same temperature! Waste of money, we won't be ordering at this branch again
Ordered through the app, said it was out for delivery, an hour later it said it was delivered. Nothing ever arrived. No longer a customer. Awful service. Don't bother.
Absolutely shocking for dominos, pizza was so over done it was dry took it back to complain and tell them they would have to cook everything fresh or the other stuff would go cold. The attitude from the staff was disgusting tried to blame us saying it's because we picked it up late nothing to do with them over cooking it. After the rudeness and God knows how many staff members looking at the pizza and them discussing everything in their own language I demanded my money back. There's a better pizza place next door. Worst dominos I've ever had
