I wish I could give them 0 and even -10 because the customer services keep giving 10 days time someone will contact you but no one does after 3 4 times promises and complaints for last 2 months months for taxi badge application. Customer service said that's all we can do but they will contact. What do they do if they don't contact back within 2 months Keep drinking tea nothing else Waiting for more than 4 months now 1 start council but on one there to ask them a single question.
Sooooo in my estate the bin men Both General Waste & Recycling start collecting our bins and around the estate they sort out my neighbours bins across the road and put them back, however with me & my neighbours on the block they empty our bins and leave them on the car pack. So I decided to call the Council Not once, not twice either… 4 times!! And they heard my complaints towards this issue and said they would deal with it and yet they haven’t because the bin men keep continuing to do what they do out of spite so yeah that previous review below me I’m in total agreement, these guys really should get a 0 because they have no respect for customers at all… Please fix up council & do better for the people!!! Here’s the picture attached to show you what I’m talking about.
Absolute bullies. My nan was forced to get rid of one of her cockerels because apparently someone complained about noise. It seems likely to be someone who plays loud, tasteless music throughout the night. Council threatened my nan with £5,000 fine and were absolutely rude to her. Council seem happy to target the law abiding taxpayers . Yet my nan complained about the loud music and was told by council that it's nothing to do with them. Will not vote Labour. Never again!
Will always remember the front of desk lady who was at the desk, and regardless of if you phoned or arrived at the desk, she would deal with you straight away. Those days are long gone, replaced by waiting for an eternity on the phone in a so called que, because you have phoned at the busiest time of their day. Out of the dark comes a barely flicker of a light.
Sainsburys petrol station Wolverhampton .... Was approached by a council worker asking me to pull over, says he saw me throw a cigarette out of my window. Asked to see his name Mohamed Agbonir and camera video for proof of the incident, it would be interesting because I DONT SMOKE !! So the more i challenged him the more he started to walk away and said oh just forget it. IS THIS WHAT WE PAY OUR TAXES FOR ... LIARS!!
Absolutely irresponsible people. Applied for an in year school admission three weeks back and we are still waiting for the decision. Contacted them multiple times and all that they do is to ask us to wait patiently. As per the school admission code, they are supposed to give a decision within 15 school days and they have violated the code in broad day light, and not ashamed of doing it. If the state is denying kids of their rights, what have we come to?
Absolutely discraseful institution! I wish there would be a posibility to give 0 stars. Alarm in the building owend by council have been going off for the past 5 days, they have been informed and done nothing. There are people working and living around. Not enough to destroy the town with absurd roadworks, cant be even bothered to reset alarm.
Stowheath rd, Wellington rd, post office junction. Last 20 years 4/5 attempts on the post office robberies Last one 2022. Set Internet phone line pole on fire. Lady been hit by a vehicle walking on the footpath next to post office Box. 3 attemps to break into Subway station. First attempt cooper wiring stolen. Next time had powercuts. Covit Gathering with 3 vans 4 police cars. This one of the bussy Junction in Bilston. Still No CCTV. Complete Waste of Time. Don`t vote for them next Time..No Stars...
Worst than any council in UK... Everyone works there no chain of command and can do anything without fear. Can't make a complaint to anyone about anyone ... What a joke
They don't even deserve one star, let alone 5!! It is incomprehensible in this day and age, how we are forced to pay for a service that is run by people, who have absolutely no idea how to deal with things in a timely as well as efficient manner in 2022! The excuse 'we are overstretched' is outdated. I had to wait for 2.5 months to finally be able to pay my Council Tax, for the first time. This resulted in my monthly payments being much higher than they should be, after desperately trying to get in touch with a 'human' since April. They admit to all their failings in writing, yet refuse to take responsibility and write April off. Guess what, I refuse to accept your failings, go 'there, there, there', whilst many of us lay awake at night worrying how we are going to manage in months, if not to say years! ahead. The roads have potholes as big as craters, common areas are not maintained, and you do nothing that supports sustainability or the environment. You are paid by the Tax payer, by us! If you are not up to the job, give it to somebody who is and runs it like the efficient, responsible, modern and digital service that we as Tax payers should be allowed to expect! Employ people who are up to using the latest software, up to the odd challenge and deeply care about the people in Wolverhampton and areas! I have never lived anywhere where a Council was as shocking and inefficient as this one. Infuriating is not the only word that springs to mind. Get your act together and do not forget, you are employed to work for the "people" and paid by the same.
