I use post office in rough hay for business as they are great but sometimes i have to use town post office...omg worse customer service ever might aswell just put a self serve machine in post office because i am made to label my parcels myself and then asked to leave on counter were my items can be stolen within seconds if someone wanted to...this postoffice gives me bad anxiety when leaving thinking i wonder if my parcel been stolen off counter they are lazy and loud i try to avoid this post office altogether i rather use collect + or hermes when it comes to darlaston town post office...i do not like leaving negative reviews for anything but because of terrible customer service and anxiety when thinking of this post office I had no choice but to air my opinion.

Once again, disqusting customer service I've now had enough and will let people know how poorly runned this shop is. I will not be spending my money there ever again and will be telling people to go elsewhere!

One of the best post office's ive ever used.. always friendly and go out of their way to help.

Been to the post office today, their level of service and attitude is absolutely disgusting. Too busy talking amongst themselves without giving customer attention, talks to you very rudely and dont care for their customers. I have made a complaint against the asian female staff with the glasses. Will not be coming here again
