Hit and miss. Rude most of the time, very slow at sorting issues, but expect you to do things asap when they ask...  Try and threaten you where. Council tax is concerned if you question anything... Absolutely ridiculous

Over the phone the attitude,(School admissions) and way of speaking is wrong. Sometimes waiting is long. Wolverhampton needs so much improvement and a big change overall. Always been like this, not even changed 2017!
