Woking Council Woking Borough Council Mountjoy Ltd Whos Having Problems With Woking Borough Council Homes Jonathan Lord MP Woking News & Mail So 7 weeks with still no heating or hot water. Being told lots of different a things Wrong part being ordered Blockage in the pipes Leak under the properties which has been left. 3 properties have had new radiators which has blown the system. We don’t have any idea as to what’s causing the issues. Unless we are chasing an outcome, not one person at Council, Housing, Mountjoy gives an update, even though they assured it would be twice weekly. 24 flats all in the same situation, majority of residents are elderly & vulnerable. Response from the PA of chief exec, you are in your right to take legal action. All we want with the cold weather returning is heating!!!!!!! As long as you get the votes, rent etc then it doesn’t effect you.
