Had a delivery, one of the items were missing, called to tell them and ask for the missing item to be delivered. I was told that it wasn’t on the order because a new member of staff forgot to add it to the order and that there was nothing they could do for me. When I said that this was not good customer care the guy just said that there was nothing he could do for me and hung up. I will not be using Wok U Like again!

Was a regular for two years, waited an hour and a half was told an hour, called up, they said they had not even started cooking it yet, swallowed that on the promise of a call form the manager to compensate us. Manager called and he told me he won't be doing the food as the delivery driver had broken down, to which I replied your Kitchen ain't though has it!! He got a bit lemon towards the end, nearly did a Pate Tate. AVOID.

Worst Chinese I've ever had in my life first and last ever absolutely disgusting... I ordered vegetable spring rolls full of grease looked like had been soaked in oil before being delivered I also ordered lamb curry which had no taste at all the meat was like jelly might aswel of Put a tin of dog food and added water the chips had been re fried about 80 times the prawn crackers tasted awful made me sick never again worst Chinese shop ever! BIG MASSIVE AVOIDDDD!!!!

Have had food there many times and it has always been decent. Bought a meal last night and have had to bin almost all of it. Singapore noodles were bland and very very overcooked. Prawn balls greasy and soft. Generally it was a huge disappointment and I will buy my Chinese food elsewhere in future. You let yourselves down badly. Such a shame.
