So friendly, helpful and professional. Looking forward to working with them. They offer everything from fitting to subcontracting and project managing extensions. Such a nice family business and they came recommend by a friend and another trades man we used.
Appointment was made for someone to come to the property after talking to a member of staff at Kingsteignton Newton Abbot. Waited in for your staff member to arrive, no staff member came, even a phone call would of been most helpful if they were not able to attend. Your service does not do justice to your showroom or kitchens in your brochure.
Good until they get your money. Bought fitted bedroom wardrobes to fit myself. When I started to fit them I discovered they hadn't delivered the handles, It took 2 weeks and several more visits chasing them before I received them. At least half of the packs of screws had been opened and taped back up so there were bits missing more visits to the store. Two shelves missing so called in again and was promised they would be ordered mid November after 2 more visits to store I am still waiting and we're a week into January. In my personal experience their customer service is abysmal.
Highly recommend Sam and his team at Wisteria. We weren't really sure what kitchen we wanted but Sam was fantastic and really patient. What we have now is much better than I had imagined. We also had bedroom furniture and I just love it all. Thank you so much
We have just had our kitchen fitted and have to say it is beautiful, from planning to fitting was excelent our kitchen fitter did change things on the way that best suited our requirements, every section was completed on time. Our next project will be the bathroom no contest as to who to choose Thankyou to all the staff
Russ, was on his journey travelling through Dorchester, Dorset and kindly came to our rescue and jump started our car. What a star a truly kind person. Thank you so much.
