Helpful staff. I received good advice about the cycle work stand, and then some help with carrying it down the stairs to the till, thank you for that. Also great to be told of the motoring club joining offer, so I saved £5.nOn setting up the stand at home, I found it fitted the seat post of my folding electric bike, as I was advised. I manage to position the bike on it, on my own, but other people may find this easier with help.nThe only small problem was a missing nut & washer needed to fit the tool tray. I was able to find suitable ones myself and will fit this tomorrow.nLooking forward to giving my bike a long needed service now, rather than dreading it! You have supplied what I need Halfords, thank you.
Booked an appointment with Halfords, received an excellent service from start to finish. The guy that repaired my window was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent and quick. Aswell as fixing my window he was giving advice on his headset to a colleague, would definitely recommend. Hope you enjoyed your break. Thanks Antony
The lady that served us was wonderful, 5yo Rosie had been so excited about her first proper bike and our experience in store enhanced that, it made my granddaughter feel important and I felt reassured that we’d done everything right, ensuring many happy hours of cycling to look forward to. Thank you so much, excellent service.
David the fitter was excellent, we'd had a small accident in dartmoor and smashed our headlight. When he was changing the light up he was very friendly and engaging managed to make my partner laugh and caused her to be at ease. She absolutely loves her car and was very distraught, he gave us very good advice and whilst he was performing the car health check he checked over the headlight unit. Very friendly, and an absolute credit to Halfords definitely deserves some recognition!
Fantastic tool cabinets and Dan not only let me unpack and check them, but helped me do so and then helped me load them into the car. He even disposed of the packaging for me without me asking and gave me great advice about setting the drawer runners. Can't rate his service high enough. Many thanks!
