Lovely place with a beautiful view. Affordable and tasty food, however, portions could be a little bigger.

Busy and a good view over the lawns.  Inside is comfy enough and there are both covered and uncovered external tables too. I have been there 4 or so times and it was always breezy outside.  Counter service delivered to the table by serving staff, or you can hang around with a tray.  Service is quick enough, and polite enough.  It just seems to lack that spark of originality and enthusiasm.  Croissants, cakes and pastries seem to be from major suppliers, and are certainly not artisan sourced.  Could do with a bit more soul, but if mainstream is your thing, then rate it at four stars and enjoy.

Overpriced! Went to this cafe and the service was not very friendly and the prices were too high £4.50 for a sandwich! No thanks. Hot Chocolate was cold!
