Firstly they have the most genuine and caring receptionist I've known, always doing their best to help. Considering the stress the nhs is currently under this surgery deserves a medal.. Really pleased to be a patient here, thank you

I've never had a problem getting an appointment. I've called at 8.30 and redialled when I got an engaged tone. When I've got through I've always been offered an appointment that morning and the doctors I've seen have been great. No complaints here! Keep up the good work!

Phoned and phoned at 8.30am only to be told all appointments had gone.  Went through it all again the next day.  Terrible appointment system.

I've not had any issues with this practice in the year (ish) that myself and my children have been coming here.  Reception staff are always pleasant, and the doctors care about their patients.  If you let the receptionist know when you make the appointment what it's for, then they try to get you an appointment with the doctor who's most experienced in dealing with that type of issue.
Yes, sometimes there's a wait to get through at the busy times for booking an appointment, but show me a doctors' surgery in the country where that's not the case.
