Excellent, helpful and totally amenable Post office as part of the General Store. Although closed across the lunch hour from 1 -2 pm and early closing one day per week, the staff are always very helpful and reliable, and what's more there is unrestricted parking outside, which is almost unheard of !
I am not from this area and currently working here over the Christmas period doing live in care, for a village shop there is a lot of choice and the customer service experience is exceptional whether you are in early in the morning or the afternoon. The ladies and gentlemen who work within the shop have been very accomodating and easily approachable and have a very good rapport with those who live within the village. I can not say enough how helpful and informative these people are. I have worked in other placements where it has been a completely different experience so I am thankful and appreciative and would most certainly recommend
Extremely unhelpful staff. One woman in particular who wouldn’t let me leave a prepaid parcel not requiring a receipt on the post office counter while the staff member was eating their lunch. Rather than drive, I’d walked the 3km from the edge of the parish mostly in the rain, was soaked and the parcel was heavy. She showed no compassion for my plight merely waving me away. Extremely unhelpful & unfriendly store. The same woman has been unwelcoming in the past. I will be going elsewhere in future which is a shame as a car is needed.
Excellent Post office in Wisborough Green, The staff are very helpful and Alan and Debbie are aways on hand if you need anything.
Has all the basics that you might need. Has small bottles of Orangina. Can't find this anywhere else locally.
