I get fed up of keep phoning to chase up a repair that needs doing.i pay rent where does all our rent money go cus they int maintaining my house.wonder what would happen if i didnt pay my rent for months as thats how long its been.ridiculous.

Atrocious, authoritarians. Obnoxious, deceitful cowards. Avoid all contact at all times, at just about any cost.

Impossible to get hold of. Online system is very confusing. Tried to get hold of someone in benefits on direct line. Switchboard very blasé and "she's not in today". Mind you, if you're on benefits you're used to hours on the phone.
