I ordered a birthday bunch of flowers over the phone, very friendly and helpful lady on the other end. I was given a clear idea of what the flowers would look like and options as to how the bouquet would be presented. Marvellous service.The only reason I have not given five stars is because they were not in a position to be able to send pictures.

Called today for a bouquet for my wife’s birthday for what we received would have got better value buying from a supermarket great staff and very polite but tbh if I wasn’t so embarrassed I’d have left without them
