Winsford Lifestyle Centre is your fantastic local gym and fitness complex!

Winsford Lifestyle Centre has both wet and dry facilities, including 2 swimming pools with health suite, a gym and a full fitness class timetable. It’s not just a fitness venue though! Good Gym busy at peak periods but most people dont hog the exercise machines. Great swimming pool. Brilliant selection of classes. Instructors friendly and honest.

Excellent facilities but for exercise classes the main hall is too hot and the water fountain on the first floor outside the studio is not cold which is what you need when exerting yourself

The gym was refurbished January 2016. It is fairly small with mostly only one piece of each type of equipment which means the gym is often very busy with waits for the equipment. On the plus side it has long opening hours so if you can get there early or late you can have the gym pretty much to yourself. Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Plenty of car parking.

Good clean gaff.My only gripe is the staff are complete misery.A smile wouldnt hurt.
