Story

Winkworth is one of the UK's leading estate agents, with over 100 offices throughout the UK and Internationally, and over 60 offices in London alone. Established in 1835, we have built a reputation for providing a superior service and a high level of professionalism and care.

Our Golders Green, Finchley, Hendon and Colindale offices operate as an independent franchise, owned and operated by Howard Greenfield and Graham Gold. Both Directors have worked in the business since the mid 1980’s and they purchased their first Winkworth Franchise in Golders Green in 1993. In 1998 they took over the Winkworth Finchley office. In 2015 the existing Hendon office was acquired and a brand new office opened in Colindale in 2016.

All four offices specialise in residential sales, lettings and management. We work closely together, as well as collaborating with other independent Winkworth offices nearby, ensuring we offer the best choice of properties, coverage and local expertise, backed by the strong, highly identifiable Winkworth brand. We pride ourselves on our exceptionally high levels of service and strong work ethics. Both Directors are actively involved ‘day-to-day’ in the management of the business and their friendly, vibrant, highly professional and personal approach has created a ‘family feel’ to their business, which resonates through all the offices. Our staff are as committed as the Directors, ensuring that every applicant, vendor, tenant, landlord and investor client receives consistently high levels of attention and service.
