I wouldn't recommend this branch. The service is awful with rude, unprofessional staff. This place is also understaffed and doesn't deserve to be open. It's just a waste of space. Either sort it out, or close down!

Absolutely rude customer service. Not helpful staff at all. Besides these facts: without an appointment you can do simply nothing.

Rude customer service. they try to do things so quickly that they don't do it good.. employees were unhelpful telling me to do things online when I approached to the brand to do it with them.. there's not necessity to tell people to do things online or by phone we already know most things can be done.. sometimes people preffer to go to the branch's to have a better understanding rather looking a screen
