Applied for a student overdraft online and they told me to visit the branch. The lady by the till was very kind and told me to wait. Later on, I spoke with another lady who took me to the office and said that it wasn't possible for me to get the overdraft feature and briskly walked out. She didn't even give me time to ask questions or sought for further help. Pathetic. One of the many reasons why customers service is not their speciality.
