To begin with... the staff are amazing, polite, friendly, and I can go on and on. In addition, the Boss is supportive and always make you feel welcome. What can be better than that? From the first visit I knew that I would be back again. Their customer service is on another level and they are the best in the area. There is not a single time when I visit the shop that I do not leave with a huge smile on my face, and I believe I am not the only one. Thank you.

Closed - I’m only leaving this review as I cannot collect my parcel twice now as the opening times seem to be incorrect. I arrived one night after work 5.40pm and it’s not open and then I came today at 9.50am and not open again causing me such inconvenience

I have never seen like that. That are really respectful people. I recommending to everyone if you have any parcel job just to go there and see how helpful and friendly they are.

Went there to pick up a  DPD parcel because it's convenient. The man at the counter was as unfriendly as it's possible to be without actually being rude. I might use this place again, but would rather avoid it if I can :-

Opening times wrong. Arrived nearly 10am and still closed, when it's advertised as opening at 9:30am. Really inconvenient.

Had one large package to pick up from them. Very helpful people. It's a vape store as well. Would recommend.
