I only went to take my Grandson for his Grade 1 piano exam and ended up buying a new Barnes and Mullins London concert ukulele. I am thrilled to bits with it. Great service, I will go there again for sure.
I have been a customer of Windstruments for several years. They helped me with my bassoon purchase and have a wide range of sheet music, both for solo instrument and ensembles. Most helpful for me at least is their repair and service department. It is easy to book, with excellent customer service, and the repairs and services are done quickly and well by Tom who will also take the time to chat and advise. When I have asked to borrow a bassoon whilst mine has been in for the week, that has been arranged too. I cannot speak too highly of Windstruments.
As an absolute beginner, Tom was fantastically helpful and sorted me out with a rental on an instrument, including a lot of useful advice. The showroom is a lovely space, full of a range of beautiful instruments and accessories, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Knowledgeable and very helpful place. Never trying to rip you off, fair prices for quality equipment. They're my first stop for all things musical.

Took my son's trumpet for a repair. Felt we were leaving it in very capable hands and after speaking with their engineer knew it was going be looked after. Carried out repairs to a valve, serviced and knocked out a ding for a very reasonable rate. Thank You The shop looked amazing with a huge range of instruments, equipment and music books - can't believe we didn't know this place existed until a few weeks ago! I know where I'm going next time I want anything music related!
Such an excellent place. We travelled from South Yorkshire to spend time in a dedicated room trying various tenor saxes. Knowledgable, friendly staff, excellent advice, wide ranging stock, price matched sax.co.uk, excellent after-sales support. Highly recommended
Mainly use Windstruments for repairs and they are very knowledgable and very reasonably priced. If your instrument needs a service or some serious work it's worth going to get a quote from them. If their engineer is on site they will even pop over and have a look at it whilst you're there.
Welcoming and outstanding customer care. My 'go to' number one instrument shop. Extremely patient and knowledgeable about everything they stock. Not just a regular retailer. They're experts. Love the experience.

I could not have been more delighted with all the advice and guidance I was given as well as the opportunity to try out as many flutes as necessary to reach what felt the right decision for me.
