Nice staff. However, there is a poor job of packing. I purchased a snow globe and it wasn’t even wrapped in any packaging whatsoever no tissue or anything at the till.  It cracked on the way home. Quite disappointed. I think more should be done to protect fragile items. Very annoyed and it was the last one.

Just went in for a wedding day card didn't find anything suitable

Opening times incorrect. Made a special journey as website says 5:30pm. Got there 5:05pm, staff inside but doors locked.

Nice clean shopping area including Costa, Gregg's and Subway. Decent coop store, home bargains  and poundland.. Very handy for Lidl and Aldi and rest of Bingley shops.

Needed to get a Holy Communion card for a nephew. Surprisingly they've got quite a good selection.
