The staff was brilliant so helpful and polite and if you can't find anything they will take you there and show were it is they are the best staff ever

As a rule a good place to shop. The staff are really pleasant and one or two are now friends who recognise when you go in. Just recently I started shopping online it's one of those things that take a while to get used to. The only downside I've found with this is if you have a problem before you pick up they don't want to know. I'm sticking with it for now but they need to sort out customer service for online shoppers

Unbelievable customer service from Patrick Ellison/Kearney. A true asset to the company. It was great to see him with his shades on out the back listening to a bit of Bob Marley, really fulfilling his job title as a chilled colleague. Deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend.

Not enough tills open it nice to have some one help at the checkout the young man was very nice

I stopped at the cafe before I caught my TRAIN. Worst food I have had for long time. Poor menu and expensive drinks. Micro waves from frozen omelette.ships and beans. Tea. Cost £6. Won't eat there again.
