Bought a pair of Thermolactyl Slipper Boots, Easy ordering, quick delivery. I normally wear a size 5 but after reading reviews on smaller then expected sizing I ordered a 6. On arrival slipper are too small on the foot, while very loose around the ankle, making them uncomfortable to wear. I compared them to a size 5 shoe, and a slipper and it is clear they are not a size 6, they feel more like a 4. Very disappointment as i had bought some similar a few years ago and loved them. Very annoying that if I want to return them I have to pay postage.
Placed an on line order 5/11/22 and changed my address at the same time. Order acknowledgement came through showing my old address for delivery. I emailed at first opportunity, 7.13am yesterday, to point out address was incorrect, but still waiting for reply. Brilliant, just received an email to show they now have correct address. Here's hoping I get delivery and not occupants of my old house.
I purchased a pack of knickers which stated a size 10/12 .The sizing is incorrect they are actually a size 6/8 learning more to a 6 than an 8 ***Beware Damart charge for returns . It's now going to cost me around £4 to return the items half the cost of the purchase and it states around 20 days for a replacement to be dispatched. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Damart again or recommending
Very poor. Don't buy from this company unless you are happy to be spammed. I have asked THREE TIMES to stop sending me marketing material and each time my request has been acknowledged. One for the ICO?
Placed a order and after two months there was no word. I contacted damart and they stated they have issue with stock and they will send it when they have it. Instead they had cancelled it the order few weeks stating payment issue when they already took the money especially as it was paid via paypal. Avoid this cowboy company.
Received a voucher for money off so tried placing an online order but received email saying order had been placed then another saying order was not been fulfilled as out of stock although items were available on website. This happened on two occasions on different items. Eventually I thought got an order placed to then discover this too had been unsuccessful. Found the phone number on website and called. The lady was helpful and explained that I could only use my voucher on full price items. I was ordering nighties for an elderly relative and the quality has always been consistently good so I ordered over the phone and the lady said she would give me free delivery which I was grateful for. Low and behold I received an email to say the purchase had been unsuccessful. I gave up. However the money had been taken from my account and five days later two nighties arrived in the post. On receiving my phone bill a few days ago to my horror the phone call had cost me nearly £7.00. Sorry Damart but will not be using you again and can no longer recommend your products due to the complications and the fact that the phone call cancelled out free delivery and my voucher.
Was looking for a comfortable pair of shoes within a reasonable price that's how I came upon damart. Placed my order for a pair and I receive two different colour shoes, by far one the worst online shopping experience ever. Tried calling the number off Google, its constantly busy, I'm guessing that's due to the sheer number of complainants calling.
Damart Bradley mill sale - as a customer who has been coming for over 10 years , I have now stopped coming , customers are being let in through the back door , not one but dozens whilst the rest wait in queue patiently, not fair on anyone else waiting to go in , when in nothing good is left as everything has been sorted through , very poor management EDIT: Answer to reply , sadly the reply you have given isn’t true , I witnessed customers who were waiting in queue last time I was there and seen people leave the queue , this is general public not employees , these people walked in from the back door with security guards , I asked my friend who attended today this was the same scenario today , he mentioned when inside as he was more or less in front of the queue , there were atleast 10 people inside General public with trolleys full heading towards the tills - Damart need to stop letting people in before the 9am opening times , this isn’t fair on anyone else This should be only first come first serve , not letting anyone in because they are friends to the employees , management need to address this as has been mentioned amongst a few people in the queue when I was there last
A good free car park on sloped ground. The small shop itself was immaculate but had limited stock. The men's department was virtually non existent. Toilet available. Staff pleasant and helpful.
As a mature lady I find this factory shop very handy. Love their nighties. Not a huge selection though, but at least you can try stuff on. Free car park although on a bit of a slope.
