Absolutely fantastic!! The environment and atmosphere is electric and the coach are so energetic and enthusiastic. It really helps you get though the workouts!! Would highly recommend to anyone from beginner to elite level. 5 starts is an understatement of the EPICNESSSSS 👍🏽

As a youth, I often dreamt of finding a place where one could combine high quality fitness training with a social atmosphere. For years, I wandered lonely as a cloud between gyms that had one or the other, yet ne'er the twain should meet. And Lo! Eton CrossFit entered my life! Here, I really do spend the best hour of my day, as many days per week as I can. The place buzzes with life, and they even manage to put up with me! All the coaches are dedicated to their craft, and put the needs of the group first. You feel your fitness levels improving and want to be the best you can be. All are welcome! I was, admittedly, a bit sceptical of crossfit at first; I'd waded through a lot of negative press about it. None of it turned out to be in the slightest bit true! From the moment I arrived, I felt looked after, valued and never pressured to go beyond that which I felt I could give (aside from being asked to dig deep, which I love). In short, this is a wonderful place, staffed by wonderful people. You will see improvements, you will feel good, and you will make friends. Come on down!! Plus, they said if I don't give it five stars they'll disown me. * *last statement not actually true. Just come along!

the day i finished my first WOD i knew i had finally found the place i needed to be, after spending years wasting my time in various gyms and getting nowhere fast i knew crossfit was the answer. With the help of all the coaches my progression over the last 12 months has been nothing short of a miracle , my fitness levels have vastly improved, my strenght and mobility increased dramatically and have now lost close to 16 kgs. Eton crossfit really has a family spirit from day one i felt i was part of something special the encouragement and help i have had from everyone involved has been amazing. i cannot praise eton crossfit and its coaches enough 👊 !!!
