Had a meal for my nephews birthday on a Saturday night. Food was very, very nice and the service, provided by Todd I think it was, was spot on. My main gripe, and this is not the only restaurant that this has happened, is that a party of 8 was seated on a table for 6. A table for 4 and a table for 2 placed at the end. What made it worse was the table for 4 had 2 pew type seats with sides on that 3 people had to squash into. There was just not enough room to comfortably enjoy the meal. Surely when a table for 8 people is booked, the table should seat all comfortably and not mean elbowing your neighbour when cutting your food.

Great place.. no music on so lacked a bit of atmosphere. Staff really nice and a variety of ales and gins to try😁😁

Lovely food and great staff, felt very welcome. Always a great choice of ales and a very nice menu to choose from. Would recommend vegitrians look up the menu before hand as there are not a vast choice for them.

This is one of my favourite places to go, provides fantastic food, great real ale, amazing gin cocktails and is packed with character. Love it. X

Fab evening at the Peaky Blinders themed event. Only issues was the music finished at 10pm and couldn't be heard all the way through to the back of the pub. Staff very friendly Toilets very clean Glasses were not cleared from the tables and we had to clear our table and I noticed other punters were having to do the same thing Overall a really friendly pub and I will definatly visit again if its a themed evening.
