I came here yesterday at 12 pm with my family. It wasn't open so we waited in the garden. Then another man turned up and tried to get in and couldn't, we think he was a rep of some sort because he rang someone who came to the door and let him in, when we asked this man if he was opening and doing food he said no but with a smile on his face so we assumed he was joking, after all we wasn't sitting in the pub garden for fun. We walked around to the door, by then it was nearly 12.15pm so we had waited 15 mins, it showed no signs of opening. So overall our experience was appalling and we couldn't believe that they left us out there when we obviously was waiting to come in, we were 3 adults and 2 children. I would definitely not recommend this pub which is a shame because Mary and Stan if they still run it are very nice, but I won't be going again. Sorry for the last long review.
